ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.3569 of 2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tanjore in connection with the case in Crime No.397 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tanjore Medical College Hospital Police Station, Tanjore.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail on the ground that though
there are serious allegations as against the second respondent herein, the respondent police did not register the case under the relevant sections and this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the second respondent. Except these contentions, no other valuable ground is raised by the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
