This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent police.
4.The respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if the respondent police finds that the issue involved is civil in nature, the parties shall be directed to agitate their rights before the appropriate civil Court.
