2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed as the issue is with regard to the money dispute between the petitioner and the other party, by advising the respective parties to approach the concerned Civil Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
