This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of OS No.91 of 2023 within a time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the plaintiff/husband and the respondent/wife is the defendant in OS No.91/2023, which was filed for the relief of 1/3

declaration declaring that the marriage is null and void and pending the said suit, the respondent has filed maintenance case in MC No.37/2024. Since the petition is pending from the year 2023, without any progress,the petitioner prays for early disposal of the said petition. 3.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.91 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
