This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property in Survey Numbers 245/1A1, 1B1, 1C1, 245/4A, 245/4B, 245/4C, 278/1A2, 278/2A2, 279/4A2, situated at Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk at the time of survey the above land for sub-division conduct by the Zonal Deputy Thasildar, Theni, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 07.08.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 18.10.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
