ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the applications submitted by the petitioner on 08.06.2021 and 26.07.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject properties and for demarcation of the boundaries and consequently, to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the applications submitted by the petitioner on 08.06.2021 and 26.07.2021 and to take a decision with regard to survey of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta after sub-division, in accordance with law. If there are any other 2/4

interested parties, notice shall also be given to them before undertaking survey. The entire process shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
