PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for records on the file of the respondent in pursuant to the impugned order of suspension passed by him in his proceedings in A6/2902/2016, dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. O R D E R
This Writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the respondent in pursuant to the impugned order of suspension passed by him in his proceedings in A6/2902/2016, dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard, Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner sought for a larger relief in this Writ petition, he is ready to submit a representation to the respondent and requested this Court to give a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
