This petition has been filed seeking police protection. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police after receiving the complaint, had enquired both the parties. On enquiry, it was found that the civil dispute is pending between the parties in O.S.No.188 of 2016. The parties themselves have given it in writing before the respondent police that they will work out their remedy before the Civil Court.

3.In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
