ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.19927 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.1346 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Chennai and appear before the Inspector of Police, Thousand Lights Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition from 21.04.2026 onwards.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1149 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.89 of 2026 on 09.03.2026, directing him to appear before the Inspector of Police, Thousand Lights Police Station, Chennai, alone is modified to the 2/4

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner has to furnish the new address to the respondent Police and he must be available during the appeal proceedings. The other condition that the petitioner shall not visit the occurrence place and not disturb the victim child and her family members, is intact.
