O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. based on the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.1377 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018.

2.It is seen from records that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil has passed an order, dated 18.04.2018, in a petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, directing the respondent police to register an F.I.R. and proceed in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of passing such an order, the respondent police has not registered F.I.R. till date.

4.There shall be a direction to the first respondent police to comply with the order, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, immediately and register F.I.R. and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
