RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 101 days in representation of the above said CMA(MD)SR.19869 of 2018 and thus render justice. PRAYER IN CMA(MD)NO.SR19869 of 2018 set aside the fair and decretal order of the Motor Accident claims Tribunal cum VI Additional District Court, Madurai made in M.C.O.P.No.2057 / 2015 dated 31.01.2018 and allow the appeal with costs and render justice.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 101 days in presenting the above said appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/s,the delay of 101 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, Within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stands dismissed automatically, without further reference to this court.
