Cont.P.(MD)No.1285 of 2021 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties and passed orders on 24.07.2020 itself. Therefore, no contempt is made as against the respondents. The respondents have duly complied with the order passed by this Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
