ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to comply with the 1st respondent's order passed in O.M. (C1).20978/2020 dated 31.07.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the earlier compliant given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.11 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 has been registered against the very same persons and that case is entirely different from the present case, which has been given in respect of the property situated in Kuyavankudi Village, Ramanathapuram District. Now, it is pending before the Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Sivagangai in C.P.No.20180 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16608 of 2021 3.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The petitioner has to appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him for completing the enquiry. Since the enquiry has been undertaken, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

4.With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
