This writ petitioner is filed seeking direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry and initiate necessary action on the basis of my representation dated 27.05.2021 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2021 enquiry is undertaken in CSR No.362 of 2021 and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.09.2021 enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.365 fo 2021 and enquiry is underway. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by way of assigning CSR numbers and enquiry is underway, the petitioner has to co-operate with the enquiry to complete the enquiry.

3. With the above direction, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
