: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.A2/12626/2015, dated 24.12.2016 passed by the first respondent confirming the order dated 23.12.2015 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A4/3642/2015 and the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/4533/2014, dated 27.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to issue Assignment Order to the Petitioner in respect of Thatched Shop and House situated at Survey No.704, Esanatham Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.
