2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the de-facto complainant loved each other for the last five years. Thereafter, the petitioner married with another girl. Hence, a case has been registered.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the crime lodged in this petition for the offence under the SC/ST Act in Crime No.9 of 2018.
