For Anticipatory bail in Cr.No.8/2019 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.1306/2019 dated 29.01.2019 , for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. This Court on 01.08.2019 has passed the following order: "This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 1306 of 2019 on 29.01.2019 .
2. After six months the petitioners have filed this petition and it appears that there is an inordinate delay in approaching this Court for seeking extension of time. Hence this Court is of the view that the petitioners shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .
3. Hence the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 07.08.2019.
4. Post the case before this Court on 08.08.2019.".

As per the order passed by this Court on 01.08.2019, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund and they have also filed a memo to that effect, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.1306/2019 dated 29.01.2019 for producing sureties and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
