PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 342 of 2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other investigating agency.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 342 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police complete investigation in Crime No.342 of 2020 and also about to file final report.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lost his left eye and even then the third respondent did not alter the offence accordingly.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the injury sustained by the victim and alter the offence accordingly and file the final report before the concerned Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
