ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the Selection Grade Pay of the petitioner in the post of Inspector of Assessment with effect from 01.10.1987 on par with the juniors and also by giving notional benefits payable to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 07.10.2020 and 12.06.2023. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by a proceedings 2/4
dated 13.12.2025. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
