ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 22.07.2022, to the respondents 1 and 2. But till now no action has been taken. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.07.2022, CSR.No.727 of 2022 has been assigned and for the same, enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 22.07.2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
