ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.428/2019 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law within stipulated time 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 18.12.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15133 of 2020 had granted two months time for filing the final report, instead the respondent police has not filed the final report within the stipulated time.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file the final report.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.428 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
