ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 332, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.26 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant who is the Sub-Inspector of Police along with one Constable came in a motor bike to temple protection duty, at that time, the petitioner came in a bike and wrongfully restrained the de-facto complainant and threatened him and also dashed his bike against the de-facto complainant's bike and caused injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner from 11.08.2018, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.
