Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.107 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019 for the offence under Section 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C and Section 3 (1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.107 of 2019, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.107 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) I.P.C and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, the case was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. He would further submit that the matter is pending before the vigilance committee constituted under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Special SC/ST Act.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
