O R D E R

This writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take immediate steps for water facility in the Tape water connection given to the petitioner's house situated at Muslim Mela Theru, Natham, Dindigul District by the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2016 within a stipulated time.

learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.In the representation, dated 29.07.2016, it is submitted that even though, there are water connections in the village, there is no water available for the purpose of drinking and therefore, immediate arrangements should made to get water for the village people. The representation did not get the attention of the authorities concerned and therefore, the writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that it is agreeable by the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders within two weeks.

5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to look into the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2016 and to take immediate necessary action, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
