Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARVAGAN PRABHU S, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions, while admitting the Criminal Revision Cases, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was no opportunity given to the petitioner to defend his case before the trial Court. It is the specific case of the petitioner that Divorce was granted long back 25 years.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the arrears of maintenance from the date of petition filed for enhancement of compensation at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month, within a period of four weeks from today.
