The order of this Court dated 15.07.2024 is not complied with by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.

2. Therefore, the learned Judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil, is hereby directed to proceed with execution of Maintenance award in M.C.No.81 of 2024, in accordance with law.
