ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 28.01.2017.

2.By representation dated 28.01.2017, addressed to the first respondent herein, the petitioner has submitted a request for building plan permission by excluding the building which is situated in Survey Nos.194/1, 942B, 94/4A etc., Arasaanoor Panchayat, Sivagangai District. According to them, a fresh proposal has been submitted by the petitioner and the same has not been considered yet.

submit that he would have no objection as a limited direction is sought to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2017.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
