For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 957 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.957 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The prosecution case is that due to a civil dispute, the petitioner and other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, attacked him and also criminally intimidated. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.13495 of 2021 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit and the details of such cases are as follows: i. D1 Tallakulam Police Station, Cr.No.693 of 2013, u/s.147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC and 4 of TNPWH Act. ii. E4 Pudur Police Station, Cr.No.343 of 2018, u/s.323, 324, 506(i) IPC.

iii. C3 S.S.Colony Police Station, Cr.No.584 of 2017, u/s.392 @ 34, 392, 414 IPC.

4.Considering the nature of allegation and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
