O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 10.12.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.21994 of 2021.
2. Mr.V.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the encroachments as alleged by the petitioner have been removed by the first respondent pursuant to the directions issued by this Court.
3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that subsequent to the removal of encroachments, eftsoon, several encroachments have been taken place anew in the public street, whereto, this Court directed the authorities to remove the encroachments.
4. By way of reply, the learned Government Advocate submitted that to remove those anew encroachments, the first respondent has already taken steps by issuing notice to the encroachers and those encroachments would also be removed instantaneously.
5. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed.
