ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.463 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.463 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, on first working day of every English 2/4
Calender month, until further orders and as and when required for interrogation.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
