ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Ist Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil to dispose EP No.130/2012 in CTOP No.33/2011 on the file of the Deputy Registrar of Chits at Nagercoil within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the 1/4
respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is the petitioner in EP No.130/2012 and it has been kept pending without disposal from the year 2012. Since the petition is pending from the year 2012, without any progress, the petitioner prays for early disposal of the said petition. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.128/2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
