The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in Survey No.190/22, Oyikottai, Oyikottai Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, within a time frame. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey No.190/22 of Oyikottai Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram, by virtue of sale deed, dated 26.09.1972. The respondents had already issued patta in favour of the petitioner and now the petitioner submitted an application on 22.03.2017 to survey and demarcate his property. Since there is no progress, this writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and also considering the submissions made on
either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent along with this order copy, after paying necessary fees, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of the order copy. On such compliance, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks therefrom. No costs.
