In all Petitions, For Petitioner : Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar For Respondents : Mr.T.Amjadkhan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.04.2024 in W.P.(MD)Nos.4216, 4680 & 4679 of 2024.
2. Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate submitted that in compliance of the order, sanction ID has been created and Dongle Mapping has been done to all the correspondents of the minority and non-minority aided Schools in Kanyakumari District and salary bills of the employees of these Schools were claimed through IFHRMS system without any omission and salary is being disbursed without any hardship.
3. In similar such Writ Petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.7387, 7647 & 7659 of 2024 orders have been passed and the petitioners in that matters have also filed Contempt Petitions in Cont.P.(MD)Nos.200 to 202 of 2024, in which order has been passed on 26.09.2024, after the system was demonstrated before the Court. As the Court found the existing 3/5
system serves the purpose without any hitch, the Contempt Petitions were closed.
4. As these matters also involve the similar issue and the sanctioner ID was given to the Schools and it has been used to draw the salary through IFHRMS system without any hitch, I do not feel that these Contempt Petitions should be still kept alive. As the order of this Court has been substantially complied, these Contempt Petitions are closed. 31.07.2025 mbi 4/5
