Respondents/Respondents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988,against the Judgment and Decree dated 17.03.2017 made in MCOP No.352 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Principal District Judge),Dindigul. * * * * * DECREE: This Appeal is coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Nagarajan, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.A.S.Mathialagan,Advocate on behalf of the second respondent, this Court while allowing the appeal in part with modification of the award of the Tribunal, doth order and decree as follows: 1)That the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge),Dindigul, dated 17.03.

2017 be and hereby is stands enhanced from Rs.2,67,676/- to Rs.3,67,676/- (Rupees three lakhs sixty seven thousand six hundred and seventy six only) along with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till date of deposit and proportionate costs; 2)That, the second respondent/insurance company shall deposit the award amount of Rs.3,67,676/-(Rupees three lakhs sixty seven thousand six hundred and seventy six only) to the credit of MCOP No.
