ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 21.09.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.270 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police conducted a raid along with their party, the petitioners were found in possession of 70 wine bottles (each contains 180ml) without any authentication for which, the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the 1st petitioner is having one previous case and the 2nd petitioner is having no previous case. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. (ii) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;
