Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 120(B) and 420 of IPC in Crime No.568 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks Anticipatory Bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is a case of Job Racketing. The petitioner is said to have received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) from the defacto complainant, by giving him a promise that oversees employment would be secured. But the defacto complainant was sent only on tourist permit and not on a work permit. 4.The petitioner now undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of the Crime No.568 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. This amount should be deposited within a period of four weeks. Subject to this condition, Anticipatory Bail is granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned

Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
