[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner, without challenging the order of eviction, filed this writ petition to direct the second respondent to consider her representation, dated 17.04.2017, submitted for the purpose of surveying the property.

2.The writ petitioner earlier filed a writ petition to remove the encroachment, which was dismissed by this Court, as per order, dated 28.03.2017 in W.P(MD)No.5400 of 2017.
