PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil matter pending before the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri in O.S.No.13 of 2020, vide the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2020.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil matter pending before the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri in O.S.No.13 of 2020, vide the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report in Crime No.764 of 2020 has been registered against four persons, under Sections 147, 294(b), 448, 355, 427, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
