ORDER

The claimant in M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the second Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil is the revision petitioner herein. He seeks speedy disposal of his claim petition.

2. It is seen that the above said petition is pending since 2013. Such cases ought not be kept pending beyond the period of five years. Therefore, the learned second Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil / Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. It is seen that this M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2013 has been tagged with few other petitions. They shall also be jointly disposed of. No costs.
