ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Kasinatha Durai, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for second to fourth respondents.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is presently working as Store Supervisor in the office of the fourth respondent. The petitioner met with a major accident on 02.09.2012. He had sustained severe injuries on hand, leg and head. Therefore, the petitioner needs the assistance of his wife. The wife is working as a teacher at Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District. Therefore, the petitioner is put to immense hardship. He has given representation dated 30.03.2017, seeking transfer from the office of the fourth respondent to the office of the third respondent. Considering the physical disability suffered by the petitioner, the second respondent can very well consider the same with sympathy.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that as on date there are no vacancies in the post of Store Keeper in the office of the third respondent. If such vacancy arises, the petitioner shall be given priority and preference while filling up the same. The said submission is placed on record.

5.With this observation and direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
