Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise the petitioners Grade Pay in the month of October, 2013 based on the G.O.No.61 Transport dated 30.4.2015 and further directing the respondents to pay the petitioner the difference amount in his salary for the month of October, 2013 and to pay difference amount in his retirement benefits including monthly pension, gratuity, leave salary, dearness https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.993 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019.

2. Mr.K.Sathyasingh, learned counsel for the second and third respondents would submit that the order, dated 21.01.2019 made W.P. (MD)No.993 of 2019 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the General Manager of the first respondent Corporation, which discloses that the order has been complied with and the benefits have been granted to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed as nothing survives.
