This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.563 of 2026 dated 1/4

14.05.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Salem and appear before the Fair Lands Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 22 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 22 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.563 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thirunagar Police Station, Madurai, once in a week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m. 11.06.2026 ogy 2/4
