O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 16.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a tenant in respect of shop belongs to one Shanmuganathan. The landlord demanded more advance amount. Hence, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.89 of 2019 before the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. Pending suit, the landlord Shanmuganathan threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has filed a complaint against the landlord before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, now enquiry has been pending.

5. Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been taken up for enquiry, now the prayer sought for by the petitioner need not be granted. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
