... Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1120 of 2019 dated 22.01.2019.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1120/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's scale of pay in the post of Selection Grade Senior Conductor with effect from 01/09/2016 as per the settlement under Section 12(3) of the I.D.Act dated 04.01.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to pay his difference in salary from 01/09/2016 to 31/03/2017 and difference amounts in his terminal benefits payable and commuted value of pension payable to him based on 13th wage settlement dated 04.01.2018, pension arrears for April and May 2017 and dearness allowance arrears on his pension together with interest at 18% per annum payable from the date of his retirement to till the date on which the above monetary benefits are settled to the petitioner. O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 22.01.2019 made in W.P.(MD) No.1120 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
