This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. Mr.J.Yobu Sampath Rajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Shenkottai Police Station is present.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation dated 06.03.2017 to the respondent police and thereafter, has filed the present writ petition with the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in the light of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd. represented by its Director Rajendra Sheth No.7C, Second Canal Cross Road Gandhi Nagar Adyar, Chennai 600 020 vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J-2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai 600 020 and another, reported in 2016 (2) CTC 286. However, on instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 27.04.2017.
