ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Clause 6(2)(3) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982, r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.130 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.07.2018, the respondent police seized the lorry bearing Reg.No.TN-76-AB-7780 along with 30 bags of rice each contains 50 kgs. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner involved in two previous cases, similar in nature and he is a habitual offender.

5. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
