This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 01.07.2022 pass suitable orders in accordance with law 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner already complaint against the private respondents and enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police. The petitioner's son sold the tractor and trailor tot he private respondent for valid sale consideration. After enquiry it was admitted that it was sold by the son of the petitioner and now he is dead. Now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police has also produced the documents regarding the sale of tractor and trailor. 2/4
