PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.(B5)/22183/2016, dated 06.03.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to grant Patta in the name of all the Legal Heirs of Arunachala Thevar.
