ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.261 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant Private Company in the North West side doing fencing the land belongs to the said Company. At that time, this petitioner and others prevented the same and abused in filthy language as against the fencing workers. Hence, the complaint.

5. Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
