O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to issue patta for an extent of 40 cents of land in Survey No. 383/1 Government promboke land as compensation for land taken by the second respondent in order to extent of Highways Road in Survey No. 375/1 an extent of 40 cents of his land by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2024.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2024 on merits and in accordance with law 2/4
and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court. No costs.
